Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

For a delivery order: your name, phone number, delivery address with any note you add, and the map coordinates of that address — the courier service needs them to find you.

Order data: the dishes you chose, your comments to the kitchen, the amount and the payment status.

If you sign in with Google to save your details for next time: your name and email address from your Google profile. Signing in is optional — you can order as a guest.

Technical data stored in your own browser: your language choice and the contents of your cart. This stays on your device and is not sent to us as a separate record.

2. Why we use it

To accept and cook your order, to deliver it, to take payment, to contact you if something about the order is unclear, and to keep the accounting records required by Indonesian law.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

3. Who else sees it

Our point-of-sale system (ESB), which registers the sale and the receipt.

The payment provider that processes your QRIS payment. Card and banking details are entered on their side; we never see or store them.

The delivery platform and the courier company that carries out the delivery (Gojek or Grab). They receive your name, phone number and address — without these the courier cannot deliver.

Our kitchen staff, through an internal messaging channel used to pass orders to the kitchen.

We do not pass your data to anyone else, except where Indonesian law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Order records, including the delivery address, are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

If you signed in and saved your details, they are kept until you ask us to delete them.

5. Your choices

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your saved profile. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +62 877-5197-0929 and we will confirm once it is done.

Deleting your profile does not remove past sales records that we are required to keep for tax purposes.

6. Security

The ordering page works over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data is limited to the cafe staff who need it to prepare and deliver your order.

7. Children

The ordering service is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
