Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling before cooking starts

You can cancel free of charge while the order is still waiting to be accepted by the kitchen. Call or message us on WhatsApp at +62 877-5197-0929 with your order number.

We refund the full amount, including the delivery fee.

2. Cancelling after cooking has started

Once the kitchen has started cooking, the food cannot be sold to anyone else, so the order cannot be cancelled free of charge.

If the courier has not yet been dispatched, we refund the delivery fee and keep the cost of the food.

3. If something is wrong with the order

If an item is missing, wrong, or arrives in unacceptable condition, contact us on the same day, ideally within two hours of delivery. A photo helps us sort it out faster.

We will either re-deliver the item at our expense or refund it in full — your choice.

4. If we cannot deliver

If we cannot prepare or deliver your order — an ingredient runs out, the kitchen is overloaded, or no courier is available — we contact you and refund the full amount, including the delivery fee.

5. Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you at the address and phone number you provided, and cannot hand the order over, the order is treated as delivered and is not refunded. Please keep your phone reachable after ordering.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the order. We start the refund within one working day of agreeing it.

The money usually arrives within 3–14 working days, depending on your bank or e-wallet. We cannot speed that part up, but we can send you confirmation that the refund has been sent.
